Pg. 26. Captain America's Bicentennial Battles by Jack Kirby.
Michael Uslan CollectionIn 1976 the United States celebrated its 200th Anniversary. To add to the celebration Marvel published an over-sized Treasury Special called "Captain America's Bicentennial Battles." What a treat it was. This Bronze Age piece of art features a great Cap story penciled by none other than Jack "The King" Kirby and inked by the great Frank Giocoia. Kirby's characteristic pencils are easily identifiable and capture the very essence of the Star Spangled Avenger. Please be sure to read this page, it contains an intriguing conversation between Cap and Native American Geronimo. The words about brotherhood among all races stand as true today as they did in 1976.
Measures 14.5" x 10.5", is in excellent condition and signed by Kirby in the bottom right corner.
