Longtime Batfans will immediately recognize this eyecatching image, a vision of the Joker that came to define the Clown Prince of Crime in the gogo check 60s pop art era, and one of Carmine Infantino's best-known and best-loved works. Originally seen on a collectible series of posters sold during the heyday of the Batman TV series, this was one of several Bat-images that seared themselves into the brains of fans and casual viewers alike.
