DESCRIPTION
6.5" x 21.5" Daily Strip from May 29, 1945 by Bob Kane, with note from Bob Kane on back

Drawn almost seventy years ago just at the end of World War II this beautiful strip showcases the main players, Bruce Wayne, Dick Grayson and Alfred Pennyworth. Bruce tries to play it cool but in the end you can see he is pining for a beautiful but dangerous girl. We've all been there once in our life, but for Bruce it seems like a daily occurrence. A stunning woman, striking use of zipatone and strong inks make this a memorable piece of art. A note on the back of the strip from Batman creator, Bob Kane, reads "Thanks for the memory-" Batman- Bob Kane.

Art is in excellent shape. It does have 3 glue stains on the back.
