After countless instances of getting thwarted by Supes and pounded into jelly, pity was shown to the bald baddie as he was given his first cover appearance in this issue. Of course, he was only shown from the back. Typical. Fred Ray's signature economy and heft make this a cover to treasure.Last 6.0 sale was $1315 in 2015. The market has risen with a 1.0 selling for $375. Great investment for a rare 1940's Action Comics cover, not to mention the first Luthor cover apperance!!!
