Artist Information
Olson created the Sunday strip 'John West' for this syndicate from April 1946 to November 1949. Olson then became Dale Messick's longtime assistant on the 'Brenda Starr, Reporter' comic, from 1950 until 1979. Olson did practically all of the artwork, but Messick drew Brenda herself.
