Artists Information
Art Peddy was a prolific Golden Age artist whose greatest achievement was the creation of the cult heroine Phantom Lady, he worked on hero comics in the period and later moved into genre comics for DC, romance and war books mainly. One of his panels was immortalized by Pop artist Roy Lichtenstein in his piece "Sound of Music"
Irv Novick was an artist and inker for DC Comics. During the 1950s and 60s he often collaborated with friend and editor Robert Kanigher on DC's various war-related titles such as G.I. Combat and Our Fighting Forces.
