Scarce! Nazi coverWar is on, Nazis are the international bad guys, and the comics industry is gearing up to support the boys overseas, as is evidenced by this patriotic cover from MLJ's flagship hero book. Candidly, one wonders whether this was a more generic cover at one point -- it feels like the war imagery is an afterthought, and the Nazi spy is just a hastily redrawn Random Thug #32. The crudely added lettering on the dock just makes this even more suspect. Does the original art to this cover still exist? Likely not, but if it did, it would answer the question.
