After an accidental death, the town decides that a mysterious giantess needs to be eradicated, so they take care of things - or so they think. The Monster discovers her and makes a new friend! Later on, a cursed tree displays its evil to some unsuspecting lovers who scoff at the possibility of superstition and curses, with their stubborness proving to be faulty. There's also a killer statue?! What a book!
