DESCRIPTION
A 15% BUYER'S PREMIUM WILL BE ADDED TO THIS ITEM AT CONCLUSION OF THE AUCTION
Dave Cockrum pencils/Bob Layton inks; pages 2-3; 1977; image size 21.5" x 15"

An extraordinary double spread by Cockrum, featuring almost the entire X-Men team facing off against the menace of Firelord, former herald of Galactus. It presents great action panels of Colossus, Cyclops, and Wolverine putting a beating on Eric the Red, also featuring Storm, Nightcrawler, and Banshee. The main image, of the team and it's spectacular depiction of Firelord, is as classic Claremont X-Men as it gets. Pen and ink. Art is in excellent condition, there is some discoloring and light wear due to age.
