Classic Archie shenanigans, featuring Betty, Veronica, Archie and Jughead. Pen and ink. Art is in excellent condition.
Artists Information
Henry Scarpelli was an American comic book artist. His work won him recognition from the industry, including the Shazam Award for Best Inker in 1970, for his work on Date With Debbi, Leave It to Binky, and other DC comics. He is also noted for his work for Archie Comics, including drawing the daily Archie comic strip for most of the 1990s and 2000s.
Dan DeCarlo is an American comic book artist who's best known for modernizing the look of Archie comics through the late 50's and 60's. Dan is also recognized as the co-creator of Sabrina the Teenage Witch, Josie and the Pussycats, and Cheryl Blossom. Dan has also notably worked on Sherry the Showgirl and Millie the Model for Marvel comics.
Dan Parent is best known for his work for Archie Comics. A graduate of The Kubert School, Parent began working for Archie immediately after graduation. His writing of the Love Showdown series from 1994 received widespread attention. Parent has also illustrated Felix the Cat, Barbie, Disney Adventures, and with Fernando Ruiz, created the comic series Die Kitty Die.
