In addition, Lee and Kirby once again upped the ante on strange goings-on by introducing the Watcher, one of the most intriguing meta-creations of the Marvel Silver Age, whose influence over the series' galactic ambitions would only increase as time went on and would lead directly to the legendary Galactus/Surfer saga of later years. For some reason, this is one of the scarcer early FF issues, especially in nice condition.
