Plucky Duck production cel with original hand-painted background; 1990; w/COA; image size 5" x 8.5"Great image of Plucky Duck from the Tiny Toon Adventures episode 'Animaniacs!' from 1990, which pre-dates the show of the same name. Plucky is seen here in an excellent full figure image being raised up by the arms of an off camera Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck. This hand-painted cel is accompanied by it's original painted background and includes a COA from Warner Brothers Animation as well as their seal on the cel itself. Excellent condition.
