DESCRIPTION
A 15% BUYER'S PREMIUM WILL BE ADDED TO THIS ITEM AT CONCLUSION OF THE AUCTION
Rich Buckler pencils/Joe Rubinstein inks; cover; 1986; image size 10" x 15"
2nd Silver Sable appearance! 1st cover appearance!
This is a rare Amazing Spider-Man cover that does not feature the friendly neighborhood hero getting in on the action, although Spidey is featured in the corner box, and his name appears boldly in the title and logo, he is otherwise MIA, handing this issue over to the capable hands of Silver Sable, making her 2nd ever appearance and her 1st on the cover of a book. This cover, penciled by the talented Rich Buckler and inked by Joe Rubinstein, is a thriller that shows the aforementioned Silver Sable in a pitched battle with Jack O’Lantern, a psychotic murderer and member of the Savage Six who styles himself after the Green Goblin. Silver Sable is rumored to appear in a future Sony Marvel film, making this cover a smart investment with serious growth potential should the rumors come to fruition.

Pen and ink. Art is in excellent condition.
