Melo is a Brazilian comic book artist and penciler best known for her works on various Star Wars titles such as the Star Wars: Empire series.
Mariah is the sister of Ed Benes, who had gotten her start in comics doing ink work for Ed. She also has another brother named Fred Benes who works in the comics industry as well. She is an inker and cover artist.
