It's the Iron for youIssue #105 of TWD revolves around Negan's bid to become a father figure to Carl, and in this sequence, he shows Carl about enforcing the rules in the Savior's compound. Negan's people gather around as he undergoes a ritual it is obvious he has performed before, the heating of an iron, which he uses to punish his followers, and scar them for their trespasses. The mounting sense of tension reaches a crescendo in the final panel as Negan looks on, steely-eyed, ready to mete out some "justice."
