DESCRIPTION
Bob Layton pencils and inks; illustration for DF lithograph; 2005; image size 15.5" x 10"Beautiful Solar montage created by Layton in 2005 to be used to create a limited edition lithograph. Great Solar imagery from one of the engineers of his early 90s Valliant resurgence. This image was also used as the cover to Comic Shop News #942. Pen and ink. Art is in excellent condition.
There are two small paste-ups that were done to move some of the image, the original drawing is underneath the paste-ups.

Bob Layton is an American Comic book artist/ writer who co-founded Valiant Comics. His most famous works were at Marvel where he worked on a number of titles including Iron Man #128, the infamous demon in a bottle story line.
