Rare 1993 giveaway comic from the Metro-Dade Police DepartmentBeautiful cover, featuring the New Warrior Namorita vs. Hydro-Man, from the very rare comic book, produced by Marvel Comics in association with the Metro-Dade (Miami) police department and the Arise Foundation, a non-profit organization that educate children on how to advocate for the environment, distributed in Miami Public Schools in 1993-1994. The book tells a story of Namorita taking a summer course in Miami, where she, with the help of some students, stops Hydro-Man from dealing drugs. A wonderful image by Auck and Anderson, from a very rare book. The book itself is highly sought after and sells for as much as $1000. Pen and ink. Art is in excellent condition.
