Jayme Cortez is the Godfather of Brazilian Terror. His incredible creations began with Terror Negro, the very first horror title in Brazilian history, beginning in 1951. Cortez covers began on edition #2 and he did many of the first three years of this prestigious publication's covers.

Sourcing original published art of Jayme Cortez is extremely difficult since he is considered the greatest artist in the history of Brazil. His works are on display in the National Museum of Portugal in Lisbon. Pen and ink. Art is in excellent condition.
