Steve Rogers returns!

Fabulous page from writer Ed Brubaker and Hitch's series that reintroduced Steve Rogers as Captain America following his apparent death. The first panel shows Steve approaching the new Captain America (Bucky Barnes, the Winter Soldier) in the shadow of the Lincoln memorial with Bucky saying 'Steve? Is that you?, while the second panel close up of Steve has him responding 'Yeah, it's me now, Buck -- I'm finally back.' officially returning him to the mantle of Captain America. Brubaker's time on Captain America, both on the main title and it's offshoots, is widely considered one of the high water marks in the history of the character, and has been the inspiration for many of the plot points in the Marvel films. Pen and ink. Art is in excellent condition.
