According to the CGC Census Report as of Tuesday, July 25, 2023, out of a total of 5,934 Universal copies graded, only 1,443 copies were graded in 9.8 with ONLY 6 copies graded higher in 9.9!
With these statistics in mind, this represents a RARITY FACTOR of 24.32% of the total population.
However, this is the much RARER Newsstand Edition Variant, which means that you can estimate that ONLY 2-4% of all 9.8s are Newsstand Edition copies!

Frank Miller continued to push the envelope, as he decided to have Bullseye “kill” Elektra in this historic issue! In turn, this tragic event would add onto Bullseye’s resume of all the qualifications that make him Daredevil’s undisputed arch enemy!
On that note, Daredevil #181 is an absolute MUST-HAVE for any Daredevil, Elektra, or Bullseye fan and/or collector!
