According to the CGC Census Report as of Tuesday, July 25, 2023, out of a total of 390 Universal copies graded, 128 copies were graded in 9.8 with 0 copies graded higher!

With these statistics in mind, this represents a RARITY FACTOR of 32.82% of the total population.

HOWEVER, this is the much RARER Newsstand Edition Variant, which means that you can estimate that ONLY about 2-4% of all 9.8s are Newsstand Edition copies!

To commemorate the milestone 200th issue, published in November of 1983, Marvel Comics commissioned the legendary John Byrne to create a STUNNING BULLSEYE VS. DAREDEVIL battle cover!

Furthermore, this was the 1st Daredevil cover that John Byrne drew and is ONLY 1 of 4 covers penciled by him!

On this classic cover, Daredevil is featured in rugged fashion with his suit torn apart and his right arm in a cast, while he stands over a defeated Bullseye who is smashed on the ground with the look of death on his face! The “Man Without Fear,” holding a metal pipe in his left hand and starring down at his helpless archrival, is depicted with his face cast in a shadow as he once again stands victorious in battle!

To compliment this imagery, the sky-blue colors radiate beautifully in the background, which brings out the white Daredevil title and the black shadowing, along with the dark blue and red colors of Bullseye and Daredevil’s suits!

With all that said, Daredevil #200 represents one of my personal TOP 3 Bullseye Vs. Daredevil covers of all-time!

Bullseye is considered one of the most psychotic and deranged villains ever created by Marvel! As a result, his early cover appearances are some of the most violent, brutal, and entertaining in comics and are HIGHLY COLLECTIBLE!
