H.G. Wells' The War of the Worlds; 4 x copper printing plates
Sid Marantz CollectionHeavy copper printing plates for the Classics Illustrated adaptation of H.G. Wells' War of the Worlds. One plate for each color printed, red, blue, yellow, and black. These date from either 1968 or 1970, the only .25¢ cover price printings of the issue. The plates measure 8.25" x 11.5" and are in excellent condition.
