Lynn Varley painting; page 20 hand painted production colors; 1986; image size 10" x 14"The classic stand off between the leader of the mutants and the Batmobile, brought to life with stunning hand painted colors by Varley. Painted over a blueline printout on bristol board of Miller and Janson's artwork, with an acetate overlay of the lineart. This is the art that was used to create the final printed book. Mixed media. Art is in excellent condition.
