Secret Wars II tie-in!The Beyonder, having taken human form, is sent by Doctor Strange on a journey through his past where he encounters figures from his history, on this page he witnesses Stephen Strange confronting the Ancient One and asking to become his student. Great page by Badger from the Secret Wars II tie-in. Pen and ink. Art is in excellent condition, panel six is an original art paste-up.

Mark Badger is an American illustrator whose comic book work includes Doctor Strange, Excalibur, Power Pack and Greenberg the Vampire for Marvel Comics, Batman: Run Riddler Run, Batman: Jazz, Martian Manhunter and The Spectre for DC, in addition to American Flagg! for First Comics and The Masque at Dark Horse. Badger is also an illustrator, political activist and educator.
