Death of Batman!From Kubert's mini-series, set in the alternate timeline introduced by Grant Morrison and Kubert in Batman #666, comes this stunning double splash that sets the stage for the entire series. Featuring Damian as Robin clutching the body of Batman who has been killed in an explosion set by The Joker. Kubert illustrates the scene with the reverence it deserves, the wonderful ink work in the foreground being offset by the background being left in pencil to narrow the focus. Pen and ink w/pencil. Art is in excellent condition.
