George Papadimatos CollectionAn unusual treat awaited readers within the pages of this issue, as the lively, kinetic inks of Steve Ditko met the ferocious, muscular figures and layouts of Jack "The King" Kirby. In addition, Lee and Kirby once again upped the ante on strange goings-on by introducing the Watcher, one of the most intriguing meta-creations of the Marvel Silver Age, whose influence over the series' galactic ambitions would only increase as time went on and would lead directly to the legendary Galactus/Surfer saga of later years. For some reason, this is one of the scarcer early FF issues, especially in nice condition.
