Josie and the Pussycats in Outer Space Master End Title Background and Production Cel Setup; 1972
PACole CollectionThe first episode of the second Josie and the Pussycats series premiered on 9/9/72 on CBS. This is a hand-painted Master background shown during the show's end title credits. It showcases the shift to a Science Fiction-themed series, with the girls visiting a new planet each week. Two trimmed cels of Josie and Valerie in their space suits (possibly a publicity cel) are placed over the Master background, which includes the H-B copyright notice in white presstype lettering. A terrific setup with 5" images. Excellent condition.
