Stunning She-Hulk cover by Layton, for what was only her sixth appearance, featuring her reflection in a large, imposing image of Iron Man by his most preeminent creator of the era. Layton Iron Man covers are incredibly sought after, and almost never come up for auction, Pen and ink. Art is in excellent condition. Signed by Layton.
The She-Hulk image is affixed to an acetate overlay and is a photostat on acetate, not original art, though there are some touch-ups and white out on the stat. The Iron Man image is all original, as are all of the production stats.

Bob Layton is an American Comic book artist/ writer who co-founded Valiant Comics. His most famous works were at Marvel where he worked on a number of titles including Iron Man #128, the infamous demon in a bottle story line.
