Includes the origin & 2nd appearance of the Liberty Legion #5-6), 1st appearance of Union Jack, James Montgomery Falsworth (#7), 1st appearance of Baron Blood (#7), 1st appearance of Spitfire (#12), 1st team appearance of The Crusaders: Spirit of '76, Captain Wings, Dyna-Mite, Thunderfist, Ghost Girl, Tommy Lightning (#14), 1st appearance of Warrior Woman (#16-17), re-introduction of the Destroyer (#18), 1st appearance of the second Union Jack, Brian Falsworth (#19-20) and reprint of Namor's first appearance from Motion Picture Funnies Weekly #1 (1939) (#20).
While Union Jack doesn't yet exist in the MCU, his original civilian identity and family do. Captain America: The First Avenger included James Montgomery Falsworth (played by JJ Feild) - the original comic Union Jack - while Secret Invasion included his descendant Sonya Falsworth (played by Olivia Colman.)!!
