Chris Samnee pencils and inks; illustration; 2017; image size 3.5" x 5.5"Beautiful illustration by Samnee, from his 2017 Batober series of drawings, the first year he treated everyone with a month of Batman drawings for his take on the yearly inktober tradition. Every year, during the month of October, Samnee creates a new Batman illustration based on a series of keywords, this was the 2nd of 31 drawings (Samnee's nd ever Batober drawing), based on the word 'Divided'. Samnee gives us a classic depiction of Two-Face, split evenly down the middle emphasizing the split nature of the conflicted villain. Samnee has not sold any of his finished interior pages for some time, making these some of the only finished pieces available on the market. Pen and ink. Art is in excellent condition. Signed and dated by Samnee.

Award winning artist, worked for independent publishers AC and Vertigo, started working on Daredevil at Marvel and then worked on Darkest Knight at DC. Back at Marvel he worked on Thor: The Mighty Avenger and is still at the House of Ideas.
