off-white pagesAnother great Biro bondage cover, with fire-breathing lizard men and a Poe-esque twist of torture, featuring our manly hero, Steel Sterling, bounding once again to the rescue. Nice to see the bad guy taking a relaxing break in his high chair, too, letting his wrinkly henchman do all the heavy lifting. Before long, these more generalized action covers would be subsumed by WWII patriotism, and it's interesting to see just how crazy pre-war covers and interiors got before the war effort snapped everyone into some semblance of order.
