DESCRIPTION

hand-painted production cel w/ reproduction background; c. early-mid 1960s; image size 10" x 8"This Donald Duck production cel was hand-painted after the drawing was transferred to the cel using the then-new xerographic process. The use of this process and the style of the art dates this cel to the early to mid 1960s. The cel was sold in the Disneyland animation shop, confirmed by a sticker on the reverse. Matted to 14" x 12". The mat features some edge wear. The cel is in excellent condition.
