Have you ever wondered what it would have been like to be a kid growing up reading comics at the dawn of the Golden Age? You know, back when these comic books cost 10 cents, and not $10,000? Read on, true believer...Not knowing these comic books would one day become important collector items, a young fan of superheroes took a pair of scissors to his favorite comic books, and created this very interesting notebook. This is a one-of-a-kind, museum-type item for only the truest lovers of the comic book medium and history. In NM condition, the total Overstreet value of the comics cut up to make the notebook is over $450,000. There are approximately 35 cut outs and 20 pages of miniature comic covers cut out of Fiction House house ads. A relic of of the early 1940s, and the physical manifestation of one kid's unbridled passion for comics.The date range on the cover cutouts are from April, 1940 to January, 1943, and consist of the following comic cutouts:
