Known as the Hoosier cartoonist and the James Whitcomb of Riley of the pencil, Gaar B. Williams lived from 1890-1935 and is known for his cartoon and illustration work. His cartoons were always wholesome and clean. This piece of art is the Original pencils and inks to a cartoon in the Chicago Tribune from November 8th, 1924. A real piece of Americana!
