vampire storyMULTIPLE ERRORS: triple covers, creased and miscut inner covers. During the binding process, both inner covers received a 1/4 inch z-shaped fold across the full width of each cover, and about 1/3 of the way down from the top. The folds on each cover are merged together from the spine to approximately 1 inch away, although the covers are separated after that and the z-fold is easily viewed. The z-fold also caused the inner covers to be miscut at the bottom, leaving the white margin intact, instead of it being trimmed away.
