Jerry Siegel Collection

The color art signed Siegel & Shuster was originally drawn by Joe Shuster as part of a special Sunday newspaper comics supplement that appeared on November 24, 1940. In newspapers, it appeared under the title Every Man A Superman At Christmas By Siegel and Shuster. It is believed to have been printed on slick paper by the McClure Syndicate with the intention of having it mounted on the accompanying red paper folder with the caption For a Superlative Holiday Season. It was used that year as an official holiday greeting by the Syndicate, Siegel and Shuster.
