"Mayhem Over Manhattan" indeed, this thrilling cover piece by John Buscema shows the Avengers doing battle with the The Masters of Evil, a team of villains comprised of Klaw, the Radioactive Man, Whirlwind, the Melter, and one Crimson Cowl, who is actually Ultron-5 in disguise. Yes friends, this is the comic book which features the first (full) appearance of the evil robot that would inspire the box office blockbuster Avengers: Age of Ultron, which is worth the price of admission alone, but wait, there's more, Hawkeye, Goliath, Black Panther, and the Wasp are all in on the action as well as a guest appearance by the Black Knight, who will probably have his own movie or TV series at some point...this is a "must-have" book for Avenger fans.

'The Michelangelo of comics.' Buscema was one of the mainstays of Marvel Comics during its 1960s and 1970s heyday, best known for his run on the The Avengers and The Silver Surfer, and for over 200 stories featuring the sword-and-sorcery hero Conan the Barbarian. In addition, he penciled at least one issue of nearly every major Marvel title, including long runs on two of the company's top books, Fantastic Four and Thor.
