This is the "Error Edition" of TWD #35, when the issue was printed 1,500 of the original run of 25,000 ended up with page 21 printed twice and page 22 omitted, making this an instant and unplanned variant, and a collector's item to boot. Coming in at an an impressive 9.8 grade the fact that this copy is also an error edition makes it doubly desirable. Throw in the special Rick Grimes GCG label and you have a serious collectible that TWD fans will be clamoring for.
