Artists Information

Frank Miller is an American comic book writer, penciller and inker, novelist, screenwriter, film director, and producer best known for his comic book stories and graphic novels such as Ronin, Daredevil: Born Again, The Dark Knight Returns, Batman: Year One, Sin City, and 300. Miller revolutionized comic art in the 80s with his work on Marvel's Daredevil.

Jack Abel was an American comic book artist best known as an inker for leading publishers DC Comics and Marvel Comics. He was DC's primary inker on the Superman titles in the late 1960s and early 1970s, and inked penciler Herb Trimpe's introduction of the popular superhero Wolverine in The Incredible Hulk #181. He sometimes used the pseudonym Gary Michaels.

Bright (credited as M.D. Bright, Mark Bright and Doc Bright) is an American comic book artist whose career began in the late 1970s and had notable runs on Falcon, Power Man and Iron Fist, and Solo Avengers at Marvel before going over to DC where he was the main Green Lantern artist for years, also working on Action Comics and the League of Batmen mini-series. Bright was also the main penciler on Milestone Comics' Icon and Acclaim Comics' Quantum and Woody. He would transition mostly into storyboarding films in the late 1990's.

Larry Hama is an American comic-book writer, artist, actor, and musician who has worked in the fields of entertainment and publishing since the 1960s. During the 1970s, he was seen in minor roles on the TV shows M*A*S*H and Saturday Night Live, and appeared on Broadway in two roles in the original 1976 production of Stephen Sondheim's Pacific Overtures. He is best known to American comic book readers as a writer and editor for Marvel Comics, where he wrote the licensed comic book series G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero, based on the Hasbro toy line. He has also written for the series Wolverine, Nth Man: The Ultimate Ninja, and Elektra. He co-created the character Bucky O'Hare, which was developed into a comic book, a toy line and television cartoon.

Rudy Nebres is a Filipino comics artist who has worked mostly as an inker in the American comic book industry. Nebres flourished in the 1970's horror comics at DC working on such titles as House of Mystery, House of Secrets, Ghosts, The Unexpected and The Witching Hour. He would go on to work at Marvel as well, inking John Byrne's first story there in Giant-Size Dracula #5, he would also work on Doctor Strange, Power Man and Iron Fist, Deadly Hands of Kung-Fu, and various Conan titles. Nebres was also a contributor to the Warren titles Creepy, Eerie and Vampirella.
