Artists Information
Richard "Dick" Giordano was an American comics artist and editor whose long and prosperous career included introducing Charlton Comics' "Action Heroes" stable of superheroes and serving as executive editor of DC Comics. He worked on a wide range of titles over the years, including Batman, Green Lantern/Green Arrow, Teen Titans, Aquaman, Wonder Woman, Action Comics among countless others. His style was very much in the Neal Adams mold, making him a popular go-to artist in the 70s and 80s.
Pat Broderick is an American comics artist, known for his work on the Micronauts and Alpha Flight for Marvel Comics, and Legion of Super-Heroes, Captain Atom and Green Lantern for DC Comics. Broderick also penciled the four-part "Batman: Year Three" storyline, written by Marv Wolfman, which detailed the first meeting of Batman and Dick Grayson as well as Tim Drake's first appearance.
Moore majored in Cartooning, receiving special notices and awards in excellence, and, shortly after graduating, he embarked on a professional career at DC Comics. It was soon after this that William uprooted the family, moving everyone to Southern California. Moore continued to freelance for various comic book companies. Moore is best known for his cover designs for DC Comics' Star Trek and Star Trek: The Next Generation titles, as well as for Malibu Comics' Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, and Innovation Comics' Lost In Space.
