Well, sometimes comics age a little awkwardly, and although terminology changes over time, one thing that doesn’t change is the memorable and impressive cover on this comic, illustrated by Dick Sprang and Charles Paris. All Golden Age Joker covers are continuously going up in value, thanks to the character's various iterations in film, TV, and animation. The Clown Prince of Crime has always been an A-lister and his lasting popularity has been steady throughout the ups and downs of the industry. The bombastic colors on this cover are worth the price of entry alone, and the classic Joker tale within is a favorite of Batman fans of all ages. QES certified, this 9.4 copy is one of four sitting atop the CGC census.
