Dheeraj Verma art; The Punisher; image size 11.75" x 16.5"Wonderful, publication quality, pencil drawing of The Punisher. Verma is an artist of extraordinary talent who had a successful career in India before breaking into American comic books. His work is almost exclusively printed from his incredibly tight and detailed pencils. He's done work for Dark Horse, Dynamite, IDW, Avatar, Devil's Due and Marvel Comics. Art is in excellent condition.

Dheeraj Verma is a world renown Indian comic book artist/creator, he is often referred to as the first Indian to enter the U.S. comic industry. Verma began his career working for Avatar press illustrating horror titles such as Nightmare on Elm street and Night of the living dead. Dheeraj grew to fame working on the Transformers: Fall of Cybertron series published by IDW and is currently penciling pages for Conan the Slayer from Dark Horse comics. Verma also caused some controversy in the fine arts circle when he introduced original art pages from Transformers and Lady Death to a seven day exhibit for the Indian Governments national academy of fine arts, Lalit Kala Akademi in Delhi.
