Detective Comics #128 features another classic Dick Sprang cover, with the legendary artist inspired by the lead tale of "Crimes in Reverse." The sickly leer of the Joker gets a prominent showcase here, backed by a great Batman tale where the Clown Prince of Crime sets up his victims by announcing robberies before they happen. There's also a big development for the post-war Boy Commandos. The team becomes a little more all-American with British lad Alfy Twidgetts off to college as rough new recruit Tex joins the kids.
