Pete Hansen pencils and inks; 6/21 & 7/21 1960 daily strips; image size 20" x 6.25" ea.Two great daily strips by Hansen, both from 1960, with wonderful gags. Pen and ink. Art is in excellent condition. Signed by Hansen in each strip.
Artist Information
Originally from Denmark, Hansen was an animator at the Disney Studios from 1938 to 1941. Afterwards he created the comic strips 'Flapdoodles' (1950-1953) and 'Lolly' (1955-1983). In the 1980s, he did some scriptwriting for the American production of Disney comics for foreign publications.
