Kentucky CollectionThis issue's distinct Action #1-ish Whip cover is exciting and charming to this day, although the character has been lost to the ages, his thrilling first appearance still packs a punch. The anthology fare on display inside this book is typical of the times, and although the titular hero, Flash does not star on this cover, he is in the featured story "The Gambling Ship," as well as a Hawkman adventure further in the issue. This is another incredibly rare Flash Comics issue from the Kentucky Collection, which is overflowing with all sorts of treats for our distinguished clientele. Coming to you from the Nova Scotia pedigree, this is one-of-four 8.0 copies on the census, with a scant three higher graded, and it looks simply marvelous.
