DESCRIPTION
Carl Burgos pencils/Paul Reinman inks; 'When Attuma Strikes!' page 9; 1964; image size 12.5" x 18.5"Giant-Man smashes a bunch of stuff to rescue Jan form Attuma and the Atlanteans. Great twice-up Silver Age Marvel action by Burgos and Reinman. Pen and ink. Art is in excellent condition.
The two small figures in the last panel are photostats, they were orignally drawn on this page, but copied and reduced to their desired size, the original drawings have mostly been covered up with white paint.
The two small figures in panel 6 are photostats, the original drawings are underneath, partially covered up by white paint.

Carl Burgos, born Max Finkelstein is an american comic book and advertising artist who famously created the Human Torch for Marvel Comics #1. Burgos continued working throughout the Golden Age of comics as well as pursuing a career in commercial and advertising art. Carl's most notable works include the aforementioned Human Torch and Captain America comics.
