DESCRIPTION
Italian Carl Barks portfolio; signed by Barks; 1990; 2 8.25" x 11.75" plates & 2 11.75" x 16.5" platesBeautifully produced portfolio, created for the Italian market. includes two reproductions of drawings and two fold out reproductions of Uncle Scrooge comic pages, housed in a folder which is signed by Barks on the inner flap. Also included is a Disney Art Editions booklet promoting a print edition of Barks' 'Rich Finds at Inventory Time' lithograph, this is also signed and inscribed by Barks. Both pieces are in excellent condition.

Carl Barks is an american cartoonist, comic book artist and painter who's famous for his work with Disney comics. Carl was posthumously dubbed by fans "the good duck artist" or "the Duck Man" as he was one of the first to write and illustrate Donald Duck stories as well as being the creator/artist behind Scrooge McDuck.
