Set in the Batman Animated Series universe. Joker and Catwoman attempt to rob a fundraiser for an environmental fund. Batman foils the robbery attempt and captures Joker but Catwoman escapes. The Riddler and Catwoman team up to free Joker. Their scheme is to blow up The Statue of Liberty unless Joker is released. Batman has to find and defuse the bomb to save the Statue of Liberty.
