Bill Jaaska pencils/Joe Rubinstein inks; page 9; 1990; image size 10" x 15"Great example of 90s X-Men by Jaaska and Rubinstein, with, as always, Chris Claremont on writing duties, featuring Masque and his band of misfits. Pen and ink. Art is in excellent condition.

Josef "Joe" Rubinstein is a comic book artist and inker, most associated with inking Marvel Comics' The Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe and the 1982 four-issue Wolverine miniseries by Chris Claremont and Frank Miller. He is also known to be the one to have given artist Art Adams his first professional work.
Artist at DC, Marvel, First, Dark Horse, Eclipse and Acclaim. Worked on Terminator digital comic DVD.
