Spider-Man USDA TV commercial production cel; 1980

Fantastic original hand painted production cel with a copy of the original background from a commercial for the USDA from 1980. in the series of TV spots Spider-Man was used to encourage children to eat their fruit and vegetables. This cel features a great, large close-up of Spidey. The spots are believed to have been produced by Marvel Animation as they were at the time working on the Spider-Man animated series as well as the Spider-Man and his Amazing Friends series that would both begin airing in 1981. The image measures 6" x 7".
